Discover Your Authentic Self
Willingness is the key that helps open the door to freedom, empowerment, self-discovery, and recovery. That's where we start. Sometimes, individuals know that something needs to change but are unsure what or how. The willingness to do something different in life is the first step.
You've come here with questions: for me, for yourself. Think about what is hindering you from connecting with others and not allowing you to experience a fulfilled life. Together, we can unravel the knots of negative self-talk that have developed over time, examine patterns of behaviors that have served a purpose but have proven to be unhealthy, and learn what keeps you stuck and unable to move forward. We cannot change or forget the past; however, I can help you learn to cope with painful situations, stress, anxiety, and other issues that arise.

Whether you're seeking therapy for the first time for support or returning to cope with recent stressors, we will work together to establish your goals to move you towards authenticity, self-care, and peace.
"Be vulnerable. Let yourself be deeply seen, love with your whole heart, practice gratitude and joy...be able to say 'I am thankful to feel this vulnerable because it means I am alive,' and believe 'I am enough.' You are worthy of love and belonging."--Brené Brown
